Job Summary:  The Customer Service Consultant will manage branch customer experience while identifying and responding promptly to customers’ needs, ensuring a constant high level of service and taking into consideration Centenary Bank policy and procedures

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor CRM and ensure closure of all customer requests and complaints or queries
  • Migrate customers to digital platforms (Capture applications for cente mobile, visa applications
  • Attend to customer inquiries e.g balance, complaints, compliment and capture in respective bank systems
  • Efficiently attend to customer’s requests whilst proactively cross sell appropriate products and services.
  • Welcome, attend to customers and guide them to the appropriate Relationship officer/Business Units.
  • Submit weekly service reports to management
  • Drive customer service initiatives in the branch
  • Manage stationery for utilization in the banking hall

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate for the Centenary Bank Customer Service Consultant job placement should hold an Honours Bachelor’s degree
