Job Description

The Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director and is responsible for
working with the Sales Team, to increase sales through new account
acquisition, and new product penetration in existing customers. The Sales
Manager will sell the company’s products and/or services by establishing

satisfaction, and the Company’s profitability.

Furthermore, you will perform a broad range of sales management functions to

Job purpose

Sales Representatives shall report directly to Country – Sales & Marketing Manager, and Manger logistics. The Area Sales and Marketing Representatives (SR) will be responsible for marketing and selling company products as well generating leads and meeting sales goals.

Key responsibilities

  1. To market and sale all company products in the designated Area market.
  2. To maintain contact with all clients in the area and ensure high level of client satisfaction and retention
  3. To always identify new sales lead and grow the business.

  6. Conduct daily Sales Reconciliations.

  10. To attend sales meetings as and when required by management and participate in such meetings with reports based on market coverage.
  11. To provide daily market reports and other reports management may require.

  13. To carry out duties related to sales such as placement and handling out of point of Sale materials (POSM) as required by management.
  14. To provide market intelligence, information and all ethical information that may be needed by the organization.
  15. When required, a Sales Representative will conduct banking of company funds and this must be banked with supporting documents.
  16. Co-ordinate the Van and Tricycle Riders assigned to each Area Sales Rep

Job Purpose

With reporting to the Country Sales Manager, the Nutritionist Sales Representative will be responsible for selling “nutritional benefits” of 260 Brands’ products and can take lead to sell a specific product line across multiple market segments and districts.

Key responsibilities

1. Developing and supporting sales goals in rural markets, focused in 3 districts neighboring Lusaka
2. Educating various customers and shoppers on health benefits, pertaining to our products
3. Focus on building sales at, but not limited to, Hospitals, Clinics and Schools
4. Comprehensive knowledge of all products, protocols and guidelines as well as the ability to deliver the  information in a selling environment
5. Plan marketing requirements and manage a team of promoters to support with wet demonstrations, activations and tastings

7. Effective administrative skills, with time management

9. Ability to function independently with a high degree of initiative, independence, and autonomy.

2. Must be able to lift up to 10 kgs to assist with stocking and the movement of beverages

1. Optometrist (x2)

Duties

> Provide outpatient care for patients with eye-related disorders and conditions
> Conduct routine eye examinations, including visual field tests
> Determine each patient’s visual acuity, field of vision and hand-eye coordination
> Take detailed medical histories for all patients, including current and past prescription medications
> Evaluate eye-related symptoms, such as discharge, redness and inflammation
> Prescribe corrective lenses when required
> Advise patients about proper eye hygiene and care

Job Responsibilities

> Document history including complaint and relevant symptoms, ocular health, medication usage, medical and family history, current vision aide if applicable, and any other pertinent data
> Examine eyes using observation, pharmaceutical agents and instruments to determine visual perception, acuity, coordination and focus.
> Clearly document diagnosis and treatment plan, including referrals, therapeutic prescriptions and long-term medical management, in patients’ charts
> Prescribe and fit vision aides such as contact lenses and eyeglasses
> Perform eye surgeries, such as laser vision correction and cataract, and provide pre- and post-operative care
> Maintain communication with ophthalmology, optical and support staff in order to optimize quality clinical care and service

Qualifications

> Doctor of Optometry (OD) Diploma. Degree will be an added advantage
> State optometric license
> Minimum two years of work experience
> Certified to use therapeutic pharmaceutical agents

2. Optical Technician

The optical technician will prepare high-quality spectacles and lenses that
meet the specifications on the prescription and to attend to all spectacle
queries. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented with excellent
analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

> Assist clients with insertion, removal and care of contact lenses
> Use measuring devices to take client measurements including bridge and eye sizes, vertex distance, papillary distance, temple length, optical eye centers for sizes for eyeglasses
> Prepare work orders to the optical laboratory that relate to the grinding and mounting of lenses in the chosen frames
> Verify finished lens spectacles match the optical prescription and order placed
> Make adjustments to frame and lens position to fit a client’s facial structure; shape or reshape frames by heating, shaping or bending plastic and metal frames
> Arrange and maintain optical merchandise displays
> Maintain records of client prescriptions, payments and work orders sent to the laboratory
> Verification of prescriptions with the examining ophthalmologist
> Make recommendations for specific types of lenses, lens coatings and frames according to the clients’ needs
> Handle administrative duties that include tracking inventory, recording sales, submitting patient insurance information, bookkeeping and client records
> Fabricate lenses in accordance with prescription requirements

Qualifications

> Trade certificate is preferred in drafting, art, science, mathematics, and computer technology can increase career opportunities.
> Minimum of two years’ work experience
> Be confident using computer-controlled machinery and software packages.
> Be able to work quickly and accurately and meet exacting production standards.
> Be able to understand prescriptions and produce lenses that meet individual specifications.
> Have good communication and customer service skills

3. Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

> Source new clients and develop a client base for growth and profitability
> Maintain an awareness of Company products and relevant sales techniques to ensure that sales of the whole organisation are carried out effectively

Our client, a leading supplier and distributor of ICT products seeks to
recruit a target driven and dynamic Sales Executive to ensure the achievement
of sales objectives, in terms of volume (market share), price, and available
products as well as to enhance and optimize sales performance. IT sales
experience is a MUST!

REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reporting To: Country Manager

Interacts With: Management, Clients, Team

JOB DESCRIPTION

Achieving growth and meeting sales targets set by country manager
Visit potential customers for purposes of securing new business
Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients
Focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers
Submitting orders by referring to price lists and product literature
Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on
pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques,
etc.
Funnel management
Identify and resolve client concerns
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such
as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory
analyses.
Reaching the customer target set by country manager

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

Experience: 3 years
Education Level: Diploma Level
Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field
Software: Various IT support applications, IT savvy
Equipment: Job related
Knowledge Of: Customer service and marketing techniques in an IT environment
Skills To: Understand systems within the IT environment which impact directly
upon the distribution of Products
Ability To: Identify cultural, organisational and business constraints
affecting solution offerings
Other Requirements: At least 1 year experience in an IT sales environment with
experience selling and marketing top products like
Lenovo/HP/EPSON/UPS/CCTV/ENTERPRISE

BRANCH COORDINATOR SALES AND SERVICES (1) – Location: Kitwe

Job holder will be responsible for growing the Branch’s balance sheet through
customer acquisition and deposit mobilisation while cross selling loans,
advances, and transactional services. Key products to be sold will include
payroll, savings, and investment accounts.

The job holder will be expected to ensure that the Branch achieves and
sustains profitability by ensuring effective cost management as well as
implementation of revenue generating activities. Compliance with the Bank’s
policies and procedures relating to branch sales and services activities will
be a key deliverable.

Key tasks will include:

Sales Activities

> Coordinating the sales team by managing call plans and following up leads
> Managing branch sales meetings and closure of action iterns ensuing from sales activities
> Development and maintenance of a cross-sales matrix and ensuring cross-sell targets are met
> Effective communication with both existing and prospective customers aimed at growing customer transactional volumes

Customer Onboarding

> Collection and verification of Know-Your -Customer (KYC) documents to facilitate account opening and filing of the same
> Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment and/or material to enable efficiency in sales and customer onboarding

Customer Service

> Timeous responses and resolution of customer complaints
> Proactive implementation of measures to prevent customer dissatisfaction
> Management of internal relationships to facilitate well-coordinated cross-functional customer service delivery

Key Competences will include:

> Should have excellent organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
> Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
> Presentation skills to effectively gain customer interest in the Bank’s products and services
> Ability to read and interpret Financial Statements
> Analytical and leadership skills

Educational and Experience Requirements

> Grade 12 School Certificate or General Certificate of Education equivalent.
> Minimum of a Diploma in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
> Minimum of two years (2 years) relevant experience.

> Grade 12 certificate (with good Mathematics and English results).
> Should be able to multi-task.
> Highly organized.
> Excellent user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
> Must have a great attitude.
> Must be a team player.
> Please note that having a Class A Motorbike License is a must for this position. Only candidates with a minimum of a Class A Provisional License will be shortlisted.
